Michele worked for 7 years in nursing homes and as a elementary school nurse for one year.
Michele states: "As a staff nurse/lead referral specialist, I take care of our patients from the beginning of their care, all the way through to a specialist and back for follow-up. If a patient needs to be referred for an outpatient procedure or to a specialist, I make sure that all records, referral, and films are where they need to be in compliance with a patient's insurance policies. Whatever needs done - I'll get it done as soon as possible. I enjoy my job with Dr Lawrence because he is a kind and caring individual. As my family doctor and as my employer, I have the security in knowing that he will give me and my family the care we need, not only medically, but also as a person.
